Laura Wacha staged her Dog and Pony Show on the inaugural Friday of this month. The new solo exhibit of acrylic paintings is an assortment of wild, colorful narratives that undulate between dreamscapes and nightmares. In her artist statement Wacha explains, "On each canvas I paint images both familiar and fantastic, giving equal importance to topics domestically mundane and globally tragic or vice versa."

Friday's opening was an absolute scream. Matrix Fine Art would like to thank everyone who joined the celebration. If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing Wacha's show, stop by Matrix before the end of February—you won't regret it!
